How does it work?

Simple! First, decide which option works best for you.

Free* Return - We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and email you a store credit gift card code that you can use on a future purchase, share, or gift to another rider in your life. (Store credit gift cards are valid for 18 months from their date of issue).

Refund Return - We’ll deduct $12.99 to cover the cost of our discount return label from your refund and refund the balance back to your payment method.

Buy your own return label - Use your choice of carrier, just keep your tracking number and include your order number. We’ll process your refund automatically. Click here to get the address.

Returned items must be shipped inside a shipping box - Do not put the shipping label on the original product box. Items shipped with a label on the product box will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

What can I return?

Almost anything you purchased from Equishopper within the last 90 days and is still in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Got those boots for Christmas and tried them on in February to find them too small? No problem! Got a sweater as a gift for your birthday in August and when you tried it on in October, it’s huge? We can help!

However, in addition to used items, there are some other things we cannot accept for return:

  • Items marked as final sale, or "non-returnable" on the product page or during the checkout process
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and undergarments including socks, or swimwear
  • Used horse blankets/horse apparel - Try on your blanket or cooler over a bed sheet to keep them clean and hair free.
  • Used Tack or Bits
    Footwear that has been worn outdoors/at the barn, once your boots have been worn outside they are no longer returnable.
  • Riding helmets or protective clothing such as vests that show signs of having been worn or are returned without their original tags and boxes.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items from the Warehouse Deals section of our website.

In the event that your return falls under one of our non-returnable categories, we will contact you to see if you’d like to pay for the shipping to return the item back to you or have us dispose of it for you.

Do you charge a restock fee?{#Do-you-charge-a-restock-fee}

Sometimes.

We understand you need to try things on you and your horse or dog. We request that you please clean these items to the best of your ability before you send them back to us. If our crew needs to spend time removing stains, hair, hay, dirt, and odors, your return will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 20%. If we determine the item cannot be cleaned to an acceptable level with normal effort, we will contact you to discuss how to move forward. These items will be returned to you or donated at your request and expense. We inspect everything when we ship it out and when it is returned, and we will provide you with pictures of any problems we have. There is a $100 restock charge on all returned saddles.

Do I need to return any free items I got with my order?

Yes, please! Any promotional items received with an order have to be returned with the item they shipped with. If you want to keep them, we’ll deduct the cost of them from your refund and let you know why. Also, any bonus gift cards you earned on your returned order will be canceled, and if they were already used, their value will also be deducted from the refund.

What if I got something defective? Or got the wrong item?

When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately. Wrong color shirt? Broken buckle on that blanket? Give us a call at 470-441-7750 and let us know. We’ll issue you an RMA and a free shipping label to send it back and get a replacement order out to you within a few days.

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada? {#What-if-I-live-in-Alaska-Hawaii-Puerto-Rico-or-Canada}

Our General return policy above does not apply. If you live in one of these locations, you are welcome to return items for a refund, but need to provide your own return label, pay your return shipping, and assume any associated costs of the return. See here for the address to send your return.

When do I get my refund?

Refunds and store credits are issued within 30 days of the FedEx tracking showing the Return delivered to our warehouse. If you become concerned about the status of your refund or store credit, please call us at 470-441-7750 Monday-Friday 10am-4pm EST. We’ll look it up and let you know.

Can I just exchange it?

We look for deals every day and because of that, pricing and stock change daily. We’re not able to accommodate exchanges of items because of these fluctuations.
