Mountain Horse SCS3 Stirrup Pads - The SCS3 stirrup pad is equipped with the SCS3 system, which stabilizes boots and paddocks with the SCS3 external sole in the irons. Matching grooves on pads and sole of boot prevent foot from slipping forward yet allow rider to easily pull foot back. Foot can be placed in four distinct positions. Black Pad is shaped with a gentle 5 degree backward incline to help keep heels down. White pads are not angled. Upper part of the rubber is stiffer to form a more effective base for the external soles of the SCS3 boots and shoes. Lower part of the rubber is softer to provide greater impact absorption. Pads fit most other stirrups/irons. Material: 100% rubber. Sizes: 4 1/4, 4 3/4.
