Sure, I'd prefer a $4000 Trilogy saddle to the Wintec Isabell. But in the under $1500 price range, this is the only saddle I'd even consider owning. All the comfort and functionality of those super-expensive saddles, without the big price tag. You will sacrifice NOTHING in the comfort or durability aspect by going with this saddle. Though every body type is different and no saddle is right for all riders, this saddle generally helps to put you in a very correct position for dressage. The stirrup bars are placed farther back and the thigh blocks are huge, making it easy to keep that nice long leg underneath your body. The seat is deeper than other models such as the Wintec Pro. I am quite happy with my Isabell, and know that I will keep it a long time since I can change the gullet fit as my horse develops.

A well balanced saddle with a very secure feel. However, it puts my leg too far back. I have to "fight" to keep my leg at the girth. The adjustable gullet is wonderful. With the extra wide gullet installed, it's one of the only saddles that fits my VERY wide backed horse with "no" withers. Overall, a good saddle for the price.
